Message	i've had to talk to them a couple times for various reasons that i shouldn't have, and each time i've had to dial the extension for orders and ask to be transferred to customer service. moral of story, don't buy Z1. i'm pretty done with their crap. side note, i've called IPP a few times for reasons by no means theirs, and the phone has been answered by kyle himself who is 100% helpful all the time.
